1. What are the airport transfer and transportation alternatives in Istanbul?

There are 4 (four) main airport transfer and transportation alternatives. The first alternative is public transportation that includes buses, shared taxis, and minibuses. The second alternative is taxis; you can take a taxi to or from the Istanbul Airport. There are three types of taxis in Istanbul:

  • Yellow taxis (standard)
  • Turquoise taxis
  • Black taxis (luxury)

4. Are the prices quoted per person or per vehicle?

The prices are given per vehicle. You can see the maximum number of passengers and luggages that can fit into one vehicle.

6. How can I cancel a booking?

You can send us an e-mail informing that you want to cancel your booking. 

7. What is your cancelation policy?

Cancelation is free of charge. Stay flexible with free cancellation.

8. Where will my driver meet me?

  • If you are at the airport: our office is at the Istanbul Airport International Arrival Terminal next to Exit B. You can find the location of our office on our website. Your driver will be ready for you at the office.
  • If you are at the hotel: your driver will wait in the lobby.
  • If you are at another address: your driver will pick you up from the address that you provide. 

9. How do I add extra stops to my transfer reservation?

If you want to add extra stops, please inform us in advance.

10. What currencies are accepted for payments?

The payment can be made in all currencies when you pay cash.

11. What if my flight is delayed?

Your assigned driver will follow your flight and be ready to pick you up according to your landing time.
